Goats on weeds

Nevada State Parks wood sale permits available September 15

CARSON CITY, Nev.–Permits will go on sale September 15 for the Nevada Division of State Park’s annual wood sale. The sale starts at 8:30 a.m. at the Carson City State Library and Archives on S. Stewart Street. Permits are $45 (cash or check only) per cord and are limited to one cord per address/family.



Historic Elgin Schoolhouse closes for season
