State Engineer’s office updates fees from 2009 legislative session

Many of the existing fees and a few new fees collected by the division are being increased. These increases are a result of the passage of Assembly Bill 480 during the 2009 legislative session. The last time there was a comprehensive fee increase for the division was in 1989.
The fee schedule can be found in Nevada Revised Statute chapter 533.435. Other fees found in other areas of the Nevada Water Law were not affected.
