Halloween jubilee at Valley of Fire State Park October 31

OVERTON, Nev. — The 8th Annual Halloween Jubilee will be held at Valley of Fire State Park on October 31, 2009, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
This year’s event is located at the Atlatl Rock picnic area and will feature outdoor fun, games, prizes and of course, candy. Halloween costumes are encouraged, but are optional.
Donations for this event were provided by the Nevada State Cooperative Association and local retailers Sugar’s Home Plate, Overton Ace Hardware, Inside Scoop, Lin’s Supermarket, Overton’s McDonalds and Smart and Final.
