ELKO, Nev. – Wild Horse State Recreation Area will be closed for road construction repairs on October 26, 2010. Access to all park facilities will be unavailable during this day of construction.  Access is anticipated to resume on Wednesday, October 27, 2010.

Wild Horse State Recreation Area is located on the northeast shore of Wild Horse Reservoir, 67 miles north of Elko on State Route 225.
