Pursuant to Governor Sisolak's March 22, 2020, Declaration of Emergency Directive 006, the requirement contained in NRS 241.023(1)(b) that there be a physical location designated for meetings of public bodies where members of the public are permitted to attend and participate is suspended in order to mitigate the possible exposure or transmission of COVID-19. Accordingly, anybody planning to participate in the meeting must participate by using the teleconference number.

6. APPOINT VICE CHAIR FOR ADVISORY BOARD ON OUTDOOR RECREATION *FOR POSSIBLE ACTION* – Kate Marshall, Chair

7. DIVISION OVERVIEW AND UPDATES *FOR DISCUSSION* - Colin Robertson, Administrator, will provide an update on division activities, partnerships, opportunities and challenges in 2020. Discussion topics may include but may not be limited to: projects/initiatives, collaborations, relevant federal and state legislative updates, advisory board membership and efforts, marketing and social/media strategy.

8. STATEWIDE COMPREHENSIVE OUTDOOR RECREATION PLAN (SCORP) *FOR DISCUSSION* - Colin Robertson, Administrator will provide an overview of the process of revising Nevada’s Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan (SCORP) for 2022-2026. 9. SB 52 *FOR DISCUSSION* - Kate Marshall, Chair will provide an overview of SB52, legislation proposed to establish a program for awarding dark sky designation to certain sites in the State of Nevada (BDR 35-427).

10. CALL FOR AGENDA ITEMS AND DATE, FOR NEXT MEETING(S) – Kate Marshall, Chair Advisory Board Members may at this time recommend agenda items, dates, and locations to the chair for the next meeting. No deliberation or action will be taken on any information presented until the matter itself has been specifically included on the agenda as an item upon which action may be taken.
